For a
healthy living we should as on a regular practice try to eat mostly natural foods,
for two simple facts: their nutrient richness, besides avoiding malfunctions on
our system due to ease digestion, pay attention to this if you will: God
created us and gave the whole variety of herbs, fruits, vegetables and even
meats from fish, cattle and birds for food; at the end He blessed and called
everything good.
So we must
agree that there is nothing wrong with food itself, the problem is how are we
preparing it and the amount or portions we are eating at a time… In order to be
fit and live a healthy lifestyle we must consider some essential points:
First keep
it simple; what I mean is nowadays not so many people are able to grow their
own crops, because most of the world’s population lives in flats, only a few
blessed ones are lucky enough to have a back yard garden like I do, and one of
my great pleasure is reaping those fresh herbs and vegetables right on cooking
time… Please don’t you be dismayed because I’m about to share the key points to
look at when we go out for food shopping.
So when
buying a great ‘variety’ as we should of fruits, vegetables and herbs in
general the main thing to look for is: firstly their color appeal, because when the sun light hits the plants, a reaction
called photosynthesis happens, which is basically transforming carbon dioxide
and water into a vital healthy living nutrient, the well known carbohydrates
which is basically what gives not only their lively looks but also scent and a sweet flavor,
yielding the best of each one of them according to their kinds packed with all
sorts of vitamins.
I truly
believe that you are getting the point of healthy eating here, which is having a vary diversified meal, and that
goes for meats, seeds, vegetables and so on, just make sure not to overcook
them as they would lose most of their vital nutrients which are responsible for
enhancing our bodies defense against diseases.
Always
remember to drink plenty water, but keep in mind the power of juicing for
